1 General Information and Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the haji baji platform and all its services. By accessing this platform or opening an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

These terms will be interpreted in accordance with the laws in force in Bangladesh. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account on haji baji, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• The applicant must be 21 years of age or older.
• Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is a violation of these terms.
• All information provided during account registration must be accurate, truthful, and complete.
• Opening an account on behalf of another person or by proxy is not permitted.
• Registration is only allowed where there are no local legal restrictions on using the platform.

2.1 Registration Process

During registration, you will need to provide a valid mobile number, email address, and a strong password. Your mobile number is confirmed via OTP verification. The account becomes active only after the registration process is complete.

2.2 Password and Login Credentials

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials completely confidential. Sharing your password with anyone is not permitted. If you believe someone has accessed your account without authorisation, contact the support team immediately. haji baji is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised access.

3 Account Verification and Security

haji baji reserves the right to verify the identity of any account at any time. This is done to prevent fraud and protect users. The following information may be requested for verification:

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Mobile banking or bank account details.
• Proof of current address.
• Information about the source of funds.

If verification is not completed, withdrawals may be delayed or temporarily suspended. Attempting to verify with false information may result in account closure and balance forfeiture.

3.1 Account Security

If suspicious activity is detected on your account, haji baji may automatically take steps to secure it. This includes restricting logins, temporarily suspending withdrawals, or requesting re-verification.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on haji baji must be made using the designated payment methods. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Currently accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same methods can be used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process.

4.3 Withdrawal Prerequisites

Account verification must be completed before withdrawing, and for any active bonus, the wagering requirement must be met. A specified amount must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn — details on this condition are provided in the bonus section.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

haji baji runs various bonuses and promotional offers for its users. Each bonus has its own terms, which should be read carefully before claiming.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement on the bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and you must wager ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 before withdrawing.

5.2 Other Promotions

haji baji regularly runs various promotions, including:

• Weekly haji baji Dhamaka — 50% bonus on any deposit each week, up to a maximum of ৳10,000, with 15x wagering. Minimum deposit ৳100.
• haji baji Slot Festival — 75% bonus once per day on slot games, up to a maximum of ৳8,000, with 20x wagering. Minimum deposit ৳100.
• Cricket Josh Bonus — 60% bonus once per week on cricket betting, up to a maximum of ৳12,000, with 18x wagering. Minimum deposit ৳100.
• haji baji Birthday Gift — Verified members receive a reward of up to ৳2,000 on their birthday once a year, with 10x wagering.
• Refer a Friend Bonus — Referring a new member earns the referrer a reward of up to ৳1,500, with 12x wagering.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

Bonuses apply only to eligible users. The same offer cannot be claimed more than once from a single account. Bonus funds cannot be mixed with cash — bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until wagering is completed separately. haji baji reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus.

6 Game Rules

All games and betting activities on haji baji are conducted according to defined rules. Each game has its own rules, which should be understood before playing.

6.1 Bet Cancellation and Results

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a technical error or other reason, haji baji may cancel that bet and return the original amount. In sports betting, if a match is cancelled or abandoned, the original bet amount is refunded.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:

• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage by exploiting the bonus system.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or error in the platform.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Conducting money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.

6.3 Special Conditions for Sports Betting

In sports betting, bets accepted before an odds change remain valid at those odds. In multi-bets, if one selection is cancelled, the bet is restructured with the remaining selections. Specific rules for cricket, football, and other sports can be found on the relevant game pages.

7 Responsible Conduct

haji baji places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment — it should not be treated as a source of income.

8 Account Closure and Restrictions

haji baji reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• Registration using false or incomplete information.
• Failure to respond to an account verification request.
• Evidence of fraud, manipulation, or dishonest conduct.
• Instructions from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

8.1 Process After Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited. However, in cases of closure under normal circumstances, the verified and legitimate balance will be returned. Users may also request to close their own account at any time.

9 Intellectual Property and Content

All content on the haji baji platform — logos, graphics, software, text, designs, and other elements — is protected under copyright and intellectual property law.

Users may access the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any content from the platform without prior written permission from haji baji is prohibited.

10 Disclaimer and Limitations

haji baji makes every effort to provide gaming and betting services, but cannot guarantee the following:

• The platform will run without interruption at all times — temporary disruptions may occur due to technical maintenance.
• haji baji is not responsible for any loss caused by internet connection failure.
• There is limited control over third-party services (payment gateways, game software).
• A disclaimer applies in cases of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events.

In the event of a dispute over a game result, server logs and game data will be treated as the final evidence. System data from game software providers may be used for verification.

12 Changes to Terms
